For the quarter ended on 30 September 2013, Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik reported gross income of 74.4 mn TL and total size of assets of 7.8 bn TL. General Manager of Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik, Mete Uğurlu, said, “The global economic developments have remained in the agenda during the whole year and the fluctuations due to the global economy have significantly increased.” Uğurlu added, “In this context, the positive considerations about the Individual Pension System known as the best investment instrument, due to its positive importance as an economic source for the long term investments, have been confirmed by the new legal regulations.” In 2013, Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik has become the first company which has an Individual Pension Fund Growth of over 5 bn TL. Uğurlu said, “And our sector leadership position has continued with the 20pc market share. Moreover, Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik has passed over 700 thousand participants.”
