Undersecretariat of Treasury will find insurance coverage to the extraordinary risks

The Minister in charge of Undersecretariat of Treasury can charge one or more legal entities as a central office of unusual risks for the nuclear and unusual risks that have no insurance or reinsurance coverage from foreign or domestic markets due to the unusual conditions like terrorism, war and natural forces. The risk center appointment can be done ex officio or on request and will be active during the time that has been specified in the assignment letter. The risk center, as operating to solve the coverage problems, will coordinate to establish insurance or reinsurance pool if necessary.
