Axa became leader in customer satisfaction

axaAccording to the fourth quarter of 2013 results of Turkish National Customer Satisfaction Index (TMME),  Axa has been the first brand in customer satisfaction.

Determinated with 11 thousand 564 consumer in 81 provinces and made by computer assisted telephone survey (CATI), Turkish National Customer Satisfaction Index (TMME)’s fourth quarter of 2013 results has been announced. According to the results, the lead brand of customer satisfaction has been Axa Sigorta in insurance industry.

Index has decreased 2 points in insurance industry

As first industry, located in the Financial institutions category Health Insurance/Auto Insurance’s customer satisfaction has been decreased 2 points compared with 2012.  According to the profitability data of Türkiye Sigorta Reasürans ve Emeklilik Şirketleri Birliği, changing of the general conditions on auto insurance has active role in industry’s profitability but index of all companies which is in the TMME’s category Health Insurance/Auto Insurance category has decreased a few points. The most important features of the sector in TMME scores that very close scores of the four companies. Furthermore Axa Sigorta has been placed on the top in customer satisfaction.
