Undersecretariat of Treasury, has regularized the procedures and the principles, corresponding to all the premiums and the indemnities that have to be paid or render to the beneficiaries in the context of the insurances subject to the private law sections which were published in gazette and inure yesterday. Regulations contain the insurances and the insurance companies and the enterprises that operates in the insurance sector within the private law sections. Pension companies are also considered in that category. The accounts which are unclaimed till the 15th of June will be transferred to the Assurance Account and will be recorded as revenu to the insurance and pension companies.
Unclaimed and past due accounts will be transferred to Güvence Hesabı (Assurance Account)
