Oracle, by changing the old methods and offering new Technologies for the businesses, organized the Oracle Day 2013 with the “New Technologies. New World” motto the 14th of November 2013 in the Istanbul Congress Center.
At the day long organization, as many names being hosted from the business world in the parallel sessions, new ideas and business solutions were offered to the employers and participants by the success stories of the Oracle clients and the associates. At the organization, starting with the band composed by the Oracle employees called ‘Infiniband’, General Manager of Oracle Türkiye, Filiz Doğan took the floor in the first place. Doğan, stating that the Oracle Day 2013 is the 12th organization that Oracle has organized in Turkey, welcomed the audience and said; they will continue to meet with the Oracle clients in the previous years.
Modern solutions to the business world
Andrew Sutherland, SVP, EMEA Technology of Oracle, keynotes the elements of Oracle. Sutherland highlighted that, in the modern world, as Oracle, they think that making the right decisions is only possible when you can predict the future and Oracle encourages the businesses in the fields of both hardware and software and also the business practices. Sutherland, said, “Information Technologies, today, is the most important part of the companies’ inputs and all of them aim to simplify their data. We, as Oracle, offer them to pattern their data and use them as a significant element to find the right solutions by the various system products like ‘Big Data and Analytics’ and ‘Cloud”
At the organization of which the media sponsor was SİGORTA MEDIA, various companies such as Yapı Kredi Bankası, Ziraat Bankası, Vakıf Emeklilik gave informations to the participants about the works that have been done with Oracle and the benefits to their companies.
