ING Group which gathers the insurance and the investment management companies under a single roof, as a result of reconstruction, carries on its insurance activities with the label of NN. The business units, ING Insurance, ING Investment Management and Nationale-Nederlanden, will bring together under the roof of NN which supports the legacy of ING through many years. The CEO of ING Group, Ralph Hamers, as indicating that ING Sigorta continues preparations in full swing to be an independant company, “In this alteration period, by continuing a strong and sustainable future for our companies, we are going to give the priority to our customers needs” he said.
The Vice Chairman of ING Insurance has also said that ”We are happy to announce our new brand and the logo of the future. We are establishing a new company that brings together of three insurance and an investment management company which are the leader of the European market, under a single roof. Even though NN is a new brand, it relies on a 170 years of rich heritage.”
